Well after reading the reviews I thought hey lets give it a go... and I was pleasantly suprised. Used 1/3 cup cous cous and stewed granny smiths (no added sugar) and dollop of natural yoghurt. Give it a go.... what have you go to lose???

Thanks Sal! I had my biggest loss of the round - 1.9kg! I put it down to the extra morning spin classes and sticking pretty close to the nutrition plans from Mish.

Before Mish's program I was 10+kgs overweight. I'd let my athletic dreams and aspirations slide as I focused on my role of full time Mum. I got bored, I was in a rut and I was not living my life to my full potential.

I was "cooking" my family slow cooked meals. I bought Mish's book "Crunchtime CookBook" and when I saw the content - easy & nutritious meals - I burst into tears, realising I was not fulfilling my role as Mum feeding her children and family nourishing meals. I knew I had to change.

I joined Mish's 12WBT program, I lost the weight... ran 3 half marathons. Now my whole family eats healthy and nutritious food, I train {almost} everyday in running, cycling, weights and swimming. My next goals to tackle are a marathon & lots of triathlons.
