What to expect from the 12 Week Body Transformation
I will be coaching you throughout the 12 weeks, and when you become part of my team, we will be doing this together. You will receive:
- Nutrition Plans that are easy to follow and understand. Plus I’ll give you shopping lists to make life easy for you.
- Workout plans that you can do anywhere. At home, in the park or in the gym. Track your improvements on the ‘My Stats’ page.
- Support: Connect with other 12WBT’ers in the Forum and share your experiences. I’ll be regularly checking in to see what the hot topics and issues are.
What makes this program special?
- Getting your head right: My weekly mindset lessons will help to get your head in the right place, shifting your thinking for good.
- Regular education and motivation: My weekly live video streams will educate and motivate you, giving you the opportunity to ask me questions.
