Depending on your chilli tolerance, you can add or omit as much chilli as you like. Remember the real heat is in the seeds. You could try using chicken or tofu in place of the pork. This salad is convenient for a packed lunch too, simply store the dressing in a small airtight container and drizzle over the salad just before serving. Delicious.
