  • 2 Pieces Wholemeal Mountain Bread (50g)
  • 75g Snow Peas, trimmed & thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot (61g), grated
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum (78g), thinly sliced
  • 20g Snow Pea Sprouts, trimmed
  • 150g Marinated Tofu, thinly sliced
  • 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar, grated
  • 1 Tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce (20g)


    1. Place bread on a clean work surface. Top with snow peas, carrot, capsicum, sprouts, tofu and cheese. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
    2. Wrap firmly to enclose filling, and serve.

    Mish Tips

    • If taking to work for lunch, pack filling separately in an airtight container and keep chilled. Assemble just before serving.
    • You can warm the tofu in the microwave, covered, for thirty seconds, on high before adding to the wrap.
    • Serve with lime wedges if you like.
