Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Low Fat Milk (480g)
  • 200g Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 80g Quick Oats

    Method

    1. Place milk, frozen berries and oats into a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
    2. Pour into glasses to serve.

    Mish Tips

    • If you don’t want your smoothie well chilled, simply thaw berries before blending. For a lactose-free smoothie, use rice, almond or light soy milk. If you do not have oats, you can use an untoasted muesli
