When Does 12WBT Start?

Our next round kicks off 12th December! Pre-season starts on the 1st November, at which point you can jump in for immediate access to our workouts & recipes!

The 12 Week Body Transformation is a team event - we start together and we finish together.

A new 12 week Round starts several times a year. Each Round begins with a six week Pre-Season designed to prepare you for the Round and get the best results possible. After Pre-Season, the Round begins!

Getting started is easy. Join now and enter your details. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll create your 12WBT profile, set your goals and choose your Exercise and Meal Plans. Then you’re all set to start Pre-Season with your teammates.

What Happens During Pre-Season?

You wouldn’t go away on holidays without packing, getting organised and telling the family would you? Pre-Season is just like that - it’s all about getting your mind and body ready for the 12 week Round.

Each week you’ll be given two tasks to complete like setting your goals, cleaning out your pantry and getting the right workout gear. Many of our 12WBTers start moving towards their goals during Pre-Season, with the tasks helping to sustain their long-term objectives.

What Happens During the 12 Week Program?

Each week you’ll receive all the tools you need. Every Thursday the next week’s Meal and Exercise Plans are released. You’ll get customised Meal Plans, complete with Shopping List that you can order from Woolworths Online, and Exercise Plans with daily workouts and an updated Fitness Score to keep you on track. Mish and her team will send you two Mindset Videos each week to keep you focussed, and a Weekly Challenge to reach new goals.

How Do I Meet My Fellow 12WBTers?

When you sign up you become a part of our 12WBT family of amazing Members from around Australia – and the globe! Our Members support and encourage each other every step of the way in our Member Zone. You’ll also be able to join a 12WBT Crew for meet-ups and workouts in your area. Plus, you’ll be invited to our action-packed events full of fun 12WBT activities where you’ll meet our Support Crew and fellow Members.

What Happens When I Finish?

When you finish your 12 week Round you’ll celebrate with your 12WBT teammates in the Member Zone! During your Graduation Week you’ll be able to download a whole week of the program to keep you on track. You’ll also receive your final Fitness Score, and get recommendations for your next 12WBT Round. After your graduation you can sign up for your next Round and stay connected with our newsletter and 12WBT Blog.
