12 Week Program




Get ready for success.

I know you are keen to get started, but just hold on tight! Pre-Season is about taking stock, identifying obstacles that might have held you back in the past, and how to overcome them.

During Pre-season you will:
  • Be really clear about the goals you want to achieve over the 12 weeks.
  • Set up the exercise and nutrition program that's perfect for you.
  • Record your fitness and measurement. We will be revisiting these every 4 week.
  • Identify potential red flags over the 12 weeks, and how to overcome them.

It's no coincidence that the rounds in which I've lost 15-20kg and had major fitness gains, also happen to be the rounds where I completed my pre-season and started off on my best foot. *


12 Week Program

A customised plan, with EVERYTHING you need.

You will be amazed at what you can achieve in 12 weeks. My program has everything you need, and all the thinking has been done for you. My dedicated Support Crew is also there to give you advice.

Each week you will receive:
  • Nutritionally balanced meal plan and shopping list. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
  • Workout plan tailored to your fitness level. At home, outdoors or at the gym.
  • Two mindset videos a week, to keep you focused and on track.
  • A tracker to allow you to record your progress and see your improvements.
