If you’re short on time, you'll love our Express Workouts!

In the fast paced world we live in today, it can be hard to find the time to get that all important exercise in. So to help, we've created a selection of Express Workouts:

  • Fast - time efficient and short, these workouts are only 10 - 30 minutes.
  • Focussed - these are targeted and results-driven workouts, you can do anywhere, anytime!
  • Fun - Tabata, AMRAP (as many reps as possible) and Dropset challenges, we've got some fun tricks to motivate you!

Available for all fitness levels, Express Workouts are designed to deliver targeted results in the shortest time possible, no matter how busy you are.

Look out as we release regular Express Workouts throughout the Round. Squeeze them in on those days you don't have time to train. them onto the end of your regular workout, or stack them together to build your own workout.
