Yes, you can still do the 12WBT while on holiday. We have had members complete previous rounds while on holidays and still achieve great results. If you are careful with your calorie intake and continue to watch your portion sizes and alcohol intake you may still lose weight. Walking each day (sightseeing!), doing exercise DVDs or using the hotel gym are great ways to stay active while on holidays.
