1. Put your sheets in the freezer
Yes, that’s right! Place sheets in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer an hour before bed. The crisp coolness won’t last, but it will help you fall asleep more soundly.
2. Make sure your sheets are 100% cotton
Natural fibres help the body breathe better, and will reduce the risk of waking up overheated and sweaty.
3. Create your own air-con
Place a large bowl of ice in front of your fan. As the ice melts, the fan will pick up the mist and circulate it around the room.
4. Have a cold shower right before sleep
