  • 1 teaspoon honey

Mash the banana and mix in the oats and honey. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and wash off with a warm cloth.

Warm Honey Mask

Honey is great for healing extremely dry or chapped skin. Be careful when warming it, and always check the temperature before applying to your face.

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 drops lavender oil (optional)

Warm honey in microwave for a few seconds. Check the temperature, mix in lavender oil if desired and apply to face (avoiding eye area). Let sit for 15-20 minutes, rinse thoroughly with warm water, then splash a little cold water on your face.
