Listening to music while you are exercising can be a great way to help you work out harder and longer. There is nothing like a good solid beat to get you pounding the pavement or treadmill.

    hi i had lapband done a year ago lost weight but i had to get it out just about killed me so i got it out now i am worried i will put tge weight back on i dont have much money but i do want to look good pls can you help me

    Thanks… always good to have some new music on the iPod for running. I get soooooooo bored with the ones I have – lap upon lap upon lap…
