Try out these TWO gut busting, guilt-free workouts to cap off your long weekend.

Workout one: Cardio Blast

  1. Bench Jumps – 30 seconds
  2. Push Ups (knees) – 30 seconds
  3. Squat Jumps – 30 seconds
  4. Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
  5. Rest – 30 seconds

(Repeat twice)

Workout two: Hopping Mad

  1. Squat Jumps – 30 seconds
  2. Hopping (Left Leg) – 20 metres, walk back, repeat for 60 seconds
  3. Push Ups (Knees) – 30 sec (Our four-legged friends use all four limb so you have to work your arms!)
  4. Mountain Climbers – 30 sec
  5. Rest – 30 sec
  6. Squat Jumps – 30 seconds
  7. Hopping (Right Leg) – 20m, walk back, repeat for 60 seconds
  8. Push Ups (Knees) – 30 seconds
  9. Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
