Try out these TWO gut busting, guilt-free workouts to cap off your long weekend on a positive note.

Five Minute Blast

Bench Jumps – 30 seconds

Push Ups (knees) – 30 seconds

Squat Jumps – 30 seconds

Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds

Rest – 30 seconds

Repeat!

 

Hopping Mad

Squat Jumps – 30 seconds

Hopping (Left Leg) – 20 metres, walk back, repeat for 60 seconds

Push Ups (Knees) – 30 sec (Our four-legged friends use all four limb so you have to work your arms!!)

Mountain Climbers – 30 sec

Rest – 30 sec

Squat Jumps – 30 seconds

Hopping (Right Leg) – 20m, walk back, repeat for 60 seconds

Push Ups (Knees) – 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
