5 Reasons Why You Should do Another 12WBT Round

By now I’m sure you know how much better you feel (and look!) when you eat well and exercise regularly.  You’ve shown yourself that over the past 12 weeks. Well done! Now it’s time to talk about… the FUTURE!

You know what I say: “You’ve gotta have a plan, man!”

As the end of the Round approaches I want you to re-assess where your health is now and where you want to be. Maybe you feel like this Round has given you all the tools you need to go it alone, and you feel like a total warrior. Awesome! OR perhaps you need some support for a bit longer. That’s OK too. Either way it’s important to keep the momentum going and keep moving towards your goals.

So why do another Round?

I designed 12WBT so that you really can make it on your own, depending on what you want to achieve. Take 12WBTer Elizabeth for example, who has completed a whopping seven Rounds and lost 45 kilos. Elizabeth puts her success down to the support from others members. “I think you need others that understand what you’re going through. It’s a 12 week program but it’s also a lifestyle” says Liz.

It’s not just about what’s on the outside

Too often I see people on other weight loss programs that scramble to lose weight as quickly as possible, only to put it back on once they finish the program. It’s not just about what’s on the outside. Keep reminding yourself of the amazing physical changes that have been happening to you over the past 12 weeks, and imagine what you could achieve in another 12!

If things didn’t go as well this Round as you’d hoped, remember that setbacks happen. But they’re NOT an excuse to quit. Look at them as an opportunity to recommit to yourself. No paralysis by analysis here!
