The Half Marathon Advanced program consists of six workout days. Download a sample workout to see the kinds of exercises you will be doing.
We give you all the information you need to workout in a way that suits you. Choose when and where you want to work out, and then open up each day to see your plan in detail.
If you are training for a half marathon then it is important to complete most (or all of) your running outside.
You should be close to, if not at, your goal weight on the 1/2 Marathon Advanced program and you’ll be recommended a daily calorie allowance of 2,000-2,450 for women and 2,000-2,700 for men.
