What happens during the 12WBT Pre-Season?
Pre-season is an invaluable part of the 12WBT. Each week you will receive two tasks to complete. For example, overcoming your excuses and introducing yourself to other members in the forums. The tasks are straight forward, but very powerful. In fact there is an extremely strong correlation between members who complete their Pre-Seasons tasks and the level of success they achieve on the program. The tasks fully prepare you mentally and physically and are a solid foundation for you. Many members often refer back to their Pre-Season tasks throughout the 12 weeks to help them stay on track.
