Is each round of the 12WBT different?


Yes, each round is different.  Michelle completely re-writes the Workout Plans, adding in new fitness challenges, she even includes challenges members have sent in.  Michelle adds new recipes to each round including some delicious Mish Approved member recipes (Jen’s Lasagne is a hit!).  Michelle’s five core mindset lessons get repeated each round, but members often comment that they learn something new every time.  Most of the videos are tailored and filmed for each round, with new and up to date lessons being added.  Based on member feedback, the 12WBT website has new features and tweaks added to it every round. 



Another difference is the energy and vibe the members bring.  Each round takes on its own personality and tone which makes for an unpredictable and exciting journey.
