How much exercise will I be expected to do on the 12WBT?
The 12WBT programs are set to 6 days per week of exercise. This is a guide we set for best results. Three days per week are cardiovascular activity, two days of toning and one day of core and stretch. Some days are an easier workout, some days we ask you to ramp it up.
The programs are split into Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Lean and Fit and Advanced Lean and Strong (for those with less than 5kgs to lose). You can choose to train at the gym, at home or outdoors.
