Does the 12WBT cater to specific injuries?

While it would be great if we could write individual exercise programs to cater to individual conditions and injuries, this is just not feasible. The programs are split into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels and most members have found ways to work around their injuries, strengthening their muscles and joints to prevent further injury. 



Don’t be afraid to chat with members on our Forums as you may find others who have experienced similar injuries or issues.

It is advised to seek your Doctor's permission to undertake an exercise program while carrying an injury, and we strongly recommend that you do this.
