Can I do the 12WBT if I am hearing impaired?
You will not have a problem with most elements of the program - the Workout and Nutrition Plans, the online Forums and the weekly surprises competitions - however there is some video content that at this stage we do not provide written transcripts for. However if you are able to lip read, Michelle has her face towards the camera during the video.
