Are the Nutrition Plans and Exercise Plans in the 12WBT the same as the ones in Michelle’s books?
While there is a similarity in the philosophies, the 12 Week Body Transformation takes this to a completely different level. The Workout Plans are different from the books, and are different each 12WBT round. All the recipes are specifically created for the 12WBT, and again are different from those in her books.
